All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped without insurance unless insurance is requested and paid for prior to shipment.
If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, you must contact us before completing your order so that we may issue an updated invoice including the cost of insurance. We are not responsible if you choose not to purchase insurance on your package.
Risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to the buyer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Delivery to an incorrect address

Theft after delivery

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Carrier errors
Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the buyer.
International Orders
International delivery times vary and may take 30 days or longer depending on destination and customs processing.
All international customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
